Customer self-clears blockage by using a plunger on the toilet or other blocked drain.
Methodolgy: Purchase the right plunger from a hardware store (plungers with a flat base are used for sinks, while plungers with a flange are used for toilets). Insert the plunger of the hole of the sink or toilet bowl drainhole. Pump the plunger until you hear pressure building up in the pipes, then break the seal of the plunger over the bowl
Customer self-clears blockage by treating the drain with Caustic Soda or Draino (sinks only)
